We are seeking a motivated and outgoing

Roofing Outside Sales Representative

to join our growing team. This is a door-to-door, outside sales role focused on generating new business by educating homeowners about roofing inspections, repairs, and replacements--often related to storm or age-related damage.

This position is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and eager to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door to generate leads and appointments Educate homeowners on roofing systems, storm damage, and repair/replacement options Schedule and conduct roof inspections or coordinate inspections with the roofing team Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process when applicable Present estimates, proposals, and contracts professionally Follow up with prospects to answer questions and close sales Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions Work closely with production and office staff to ensure smooth project completion Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with door-to-door sales and outdoor work Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs (training provided) Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,107.17 per year
