The Roof Boss is a new growing roofing company in New Haven County. Our company is looking for driven sales oriented individuals looking to work their own hours to earn as much as you can. We are prepared to pay a percentage of every job sold.

Duties would include using your own resources to generate jobs. This could include, social media and going door to door.

Duties



Engage in proactive outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories Conduct product demonstrations and detailed consultations to educate clients on roofing options and solutions Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the customer base Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional services, and ensuring client satisfaction Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize market penetration and sales efficiency Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability Collaborate with management on sales strategies, market analysis, and territory expansion plans

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories efficiently Expertise in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques including cold calling and networking Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities and customer interactions Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to foster long-term relationships Ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations that highlight value propositions Analytical skills to interpret market data, assess customer needs, and identify upselling opportunities Effective communication skills for engaging diverse clients across retail, commercial, and industrial sectors Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to territory management and sales growth initiatives

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
