Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business within assigned territories, focusing on D2D (door to door) opportunities. Managing your own leads, schedule & customers Assisting homeowners with insurance claims and explaining coverage Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services or products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships. Maintaining strong customer follow-up throughout the sales and build process

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, D2D sales, within the roofing or construction industry. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and develop effective business development strategies. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach that emphasizes service excellence. Proficiency in CRM software for lead tracking and analysis. Effective communication skills for product demos, presentations, and client interactions. Strong knowledge of insurance claims and the filing process Skilled in cold calling, inside sales techniques, and lead generation activities to build a healthy sales pipeline. Knowledge of marketing strategies that support business growth and brand awareness efforts. Reliable transportation required. Ability to work independently and self-manage Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills
