Roofing Sales Professional

Job Summary
As a Roofing Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, performing roof inspections, presenting solutions to clients, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, competitive drive, and the ability to build trust with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through canvassing, networking, and referrals.
Perform accurate roof inspections and document conditions using company-provided tools.
Present roofing solutions, educate customers, and provide detailed estimates.
Guide clients through the insurance claims process when applicable.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM software.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in
sales
(roofing or home improvement sales preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and product knowledge.
