West County Roofing is a rapidly growing, locally owned roofing and construction company serving Missouri and Illinois. We're known for integrity, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service -- and we're looking for a Sales Manager to lead, grow, and inspire our sales team.

What You'll Do

Recruit, train, and onboard new sales reps Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of motivated sales reps Conduct and oversee roof inspections with property owners Close high-ticket roofing deals and support reps through insurance claims Set goals and accountability standards for performance and professionalism Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and ROI Manage and track KPIs, forecasts, and close rates Develop sales training programs focused on product knowledge and customer experience

What You'll Need

3+ years roofing or storm restoration sales experience Experience managing or mentoring sales reps Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Experience utilizing a CRM (AccuLynx preferred) Knowledge of insurance restoration, supplementing, and Xactimate (preferred) Valid driver's license, and clean background Spanish language skills are a plus
