What You'll Do
Attend
qualified, pre-set appointments
with homeowners (No Door to Door).
Educate clients on roofing solutions and guide them through the decision process.
Present tailored proposals and close contracts with integrity and confidence.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and refine strategies.
Follow up on active deals and coordinate with project managers to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain a consistent, organized sales process while exceeding monthly goals.
Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and competitor offerings to provide top-tier advice.
What We're Looking For
Proven ability to connect with customers and move conversations toward a "yes."
Sales experience preferred
, especially in home improvement or field sales (roofing experience a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills
