We're seeking a

Roofing Production Manager

who understands both the technical and operational sides of the roofing and restoration process. This role bridges estimating accuracy with field execution--ensuring every project runs smoothly from the first inspection to the final completion.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review detailed roofing and restoration estimates using

Xactimate

. Manage supplements and communicate with insurance adjusters as needed. Coordinate material orders, scheduling, and subcontractor assignments. Oversee active roofing and restoration projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. Work closely with project managers and sales teams to maintain smooth job flow. Track budgets, timelines, and completion reports. Perform site inspections and verify work completion meets specifications.

Qualifications:

Proficiency with Xactimate

(required) Strong understanding of the

property insurance claims process

In-depth knowledge of

roofing systems and construction methodology

Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in both estimating and production/project management preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
