We are seeking an organized and proactive Roofing Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our roofing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office functions, coordinating schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and team members. This role requires a professional with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management to support the company's growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Minimum 3 years administrative experience in the roofing or construction industry
(non-negotiable) (Knowledge of ACCULYNX CRM)* Manage daily office operations including front desk duties, filing, and clerical tasks
Oversee scheduling and calendar management for project timelines and appointments
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives
Handle vendor management, including procurement and relationship building
Maintain bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and QuickBooks records accurately
Coordinate event planning for company meetings, client events, or community outreach programs
Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette at all times
Oversee human resources functions such as employee records and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining a professional work environment
Assist with medical office management tasks if applicable to the company's scope of services
Skills
Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles within a professional setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--with a focus on professionalism and clarity
Proficiency in QuickBooks, scheduling software, and multi-line phone systems
Experience supervising teams and managing vendor relationships effectively
Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and basic human resources functions
Event planning experience is preferred for coordinating company or client events
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism and courtesy
Strong training & development skills to support team growth and performance improvement

Salary will be based off previous experience.
Pay: $25.24 - $30.40 per hour
