Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads and manage customer interactions effectively. Engage in warm calling strategies to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with overall business development goals. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status within the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and lead generation strategies. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for lead management. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability in business development and marketing initiatives. A customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
