What You'll Do:

Prospect new leads through door-to-door outreach, calls, and adjuster networking Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process after storm damage Perform roof inspections and storm assessments (ladder work required) Present solutions, build trust, and close sales with confidence Maintain accurate notes and client files in CRM Stay engaged with clients from inspection through installation

What You Bring:

Sales experience in roofing, insurance restoration, or home improvement (preferred) Knowledge of insurance claims and adjuster communications Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors and at heights MHIC Sales License (or willingness to obtain) Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
