About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Roofing Foreman
to lead residential and/or commercial roofing crews, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver projects on time and on budget. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, safety-focused, and able to manage a crew effectively while maintaining a professional customer experience.Responsibilities
Lead and supervise roofing crews on daily job tasks Ensure installation meets manufacturer specs and state codes Perform quality checks throughout the job Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics Communicate effectively with homeowners, inspectors, and project managers Maintain a clean, safe jobsite Train new team members on safety and installation best practices Complete daily reports and project documentation
Requirements
3+ years of roofing experience 1+ year in a leadership or foreman role (preferred) Strong knowledge of shingle, metal, or flat roofing systems Ability to read job orders, measurements, and scopes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on roofs safely OSHA-10 or willingness to obtain (company can assist)
