Elite Roofing Systems is seeking an experienced

Roofing Foreman

to lead our crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Proven experienced persons only need apply. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who takes pride in their work and enjoys guiding a team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct roofing crews on residential and commercial projects Ensure all work meets company standards, building codes, and safety requirements Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and schedules with project managers Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and productivity Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Qualifications:

Proven roofing experience with shingles, metal, cedar, synthetic, and low-slope roofing. Prior leadership and foreman experience Strong knowledge of roofing safety practices and installation techniques Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve on site Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
