Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing roofing project costs and preparing quotes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Attend meetings with customers at their home
- Analyze project specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials
- Asses roof condition and take proper measurements on-site

- Comfortable getting on the roof of the home (May be multiple stories)
- Develop comprehensive project proposals including labor, material costs, and timelines
- Stay organized using CRM

Qualifications:

- OSHA 10 Minimum, OSHA 30 recommended
- Proven experience in roofing
- Strong understanding of roofing assessment processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with changing schedule

This job offers Base + Commission pay
