We are looking for an experienced, dependable Rollback Operator who treats the truck with respect, shows up when they're scheduled, and is truly ready to work. This role is ideal for someone who understands the towing world, knows the grind, and takes pride in doing every job the right way -- safely, professionally, and without shortcuts.
Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate rollback trucks to load, transport, and unload vehicles, equipment, and materials
Haul 6-10 CoPart vehicles when daily call volume is slow
Respond to Police Rotation calls, Account calls, and Private calls with professionalism and urgency
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
Transport vehicles to repair shops, storage lots, or designated locations as needed
Handle customer interactions and conflict situations calmly and professionally
Maintain accurate logs of all loads, movements, and deliveries
Follow all safety procedures, DOT guidelines, and proper towing techniques
Keep the truck clean, organized, and free from damage or unnecessary idling
Requirements
Proven experience operating rollback/flatbed tow trucks
TIMS Safety Training Certification (or willing to obtain)
Ability and willingness to become WreckMaster Certified
Ability to perform roadside services such as tire changes and lockouts
Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
Strong knowledge of towing AWD, low-profile, and luxury vehicles without damage
Ability to load/unload vehicles efficiently, using correct angles, soft straps, and proper contact points
Strong customer service skills, even in stressful or fast-paced situations
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently

Pay: $850.00 - $1,500.00 per week
