Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various equipment and ensuring efficient workflow within our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and have experience with commercial driving, rollback operating and minor automotive repair. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid drivers license is required for this position. This is NOT a standard 9am-5pm position. Hours vary daily depending on the repossession schedule and locations for the day. A lot of it is nighttime work.

Responsibilities

Load and unload vehicles as required. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries if needed. Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations. Drive vehicles with manual transmission when necessary. Conduct basic automotive repairs and diagnostics on company vehicles. Operate tow trucks as needed for vehicle recovery or transport. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

Proven experience in load unloading processes and customer service roles. Valid driving license, CDL preferred but not necessary. Experience operating rollbacks and snatch trucks, Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is desirable. Background in towing is advantageous. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. .

Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week
