Local steel manufacturing company in Phoenix is looking for a full-time Roll Former Operator.

We are seeking a candidate who is self motivated, focused and punctual.

Potential for growth within the company is possible with the right attitude and work ethic.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Experience preferred in setting-up steel machine.

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job.

Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication, division

Responsibilities:

Responsible for loading raw materials, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits.

Study and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces.

Communicates with management, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.

Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly.

Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.

Compensation: Compensation is dependent upon prior experience and candidate.
