Your expertise will help prepare military personnel and intelligence professionals for real-world challenges in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Engage in role-specific interactions that test and evaluate intelligence collection, analysis skills, and operational procedures. Support joint operations by providing realistic responses during scenario-based drills involving multiple agencies or international partners. Assist in exercise planning by understanding scenario objectives and ensuring role fidelity throughout training events. Maintain detailed records of participation, scenario outcomes, and feedback to improve future training effectiveness. Experience working within the intelligence community or DoD (Department of Defense) environments is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to different roles and scenarios while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on realism and cultural sensitivity during interactions. ROLE PLAYER DUTIES ??Portray injured or contaminated victims ??Act out scripted symptoms (breathing distress, burns, trauma, confusion, ect.) ??Participate in decontamination line processing ?Follow safety instructions and remain in character during scenarios.
