What you're great at:

Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of the resort Notifies manager of any issues Assists guests when needed Completes all other duties as requested
