Job Description
Hello, South Ogden Post-Acute in South Ogden, UT is actively looking to hire a part-time RN or LPN for our evening med-pass shift. Shift hours are approximately 6PM-10PM. There is some flexibility which shifts you pick up.
:
Administer patient medication according to physician's orders Chart the medication administration as required Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
Requirements:
Possess a current RN or LPN license in good standing Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc. Able to make decisions independently when warranted Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures * Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
