RN/LPN

SHIFTS AVAILABLE (FULL-TIME AND/OR PART-TIME)
:Overnight shift (6pm-6:30am) - Every 3rd weekend & rotating holidays.
POSITION
As a Licensed Nurse, you must have a passion for getting to know our residents personally and provide exceptional care to them.
This position requires attention to detail, a compassionate demeanor and strong customer service skills. You will work closely with the care team to deliver quality care and service, responsible for following through on resident incidents and grievances by taking appropriate action and reporting them immediately. You will also perform a variety of resident care duties including administering medication, reporting changes, collecting samples, performing adequate assessments and recording medication doses. Knowledge of and delivers age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the resident as per care plan. Must be comfortable mentoring and coaching CNA's & Med Aides.
