LPN or RN Resident/Health Services Director.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, clinical insight, and a warm, person-centered approach that supports resident care, leads and inspires our caregiving team.

General Duties:

Resident assessment and service plans Investigating incidents to identify Overseeing the Medication Program Leading and directing care staff with the support of our Resident Care Supervisor Following up on doctor appointments Hire, train, schedule, and inspire staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and fun. Developing strong relationships with all constituents.

Benefits / Compensation:

Salary

: $90,000 - $98,00 per year, depending on experience
