who recognizes, appreciates, and values the staff who care for our residents and support the Community Operation.

Benefits and Pay

Pay: $85k-95k per year, DOE

Exact compensation may vary depending on experience, skills and location

Up to 132 hours of PTO and 6 paid holidays per year

Requirements:

A valid unencumbered Washington State nursing license

Experience in the Assisted Living setting a PLUS!

Must be over 18 and able to pass a DSHS background check

The preferred candidate will have experience in the following areas

:

Resident assessment and service plan experience

Investigating resident falls and other incidents Leading and directing care staff Following up on doctor appointments Strength in building a team and exhibiting leadership
