Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RN)

or

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

to join our nursing home care team. The nurse will provide high-quality clinical care, manage resident health needs, and support a safe, comfortable environment for all residents. This role involves direct resident care, medication and treatment administration, and effective communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to residents following care plans and facility policies. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Perform assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions. Communicate significant changes to physicians, families, and supervisors. Supervise and support CNAs/CMAs to ensure quality resident care. Document care, assessments, and interventions in the electronic health record. Respond effectively to emergency situations. Maintain compliance with state regulations, infection control standards, and facility protocols. Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

Current

RN or LPN license

in good standing. Long-term care experience preferred but not required. Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to resident dignity, privacy, and person-centered care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
