to join our team at

Beth Anne Place

, a supportive living community in Chicago. This part-time position offers flexible daytime hours and plays an essential role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care under the direction of the Wellness Director.

Key Responsibilities

Provide routine daily nursing care and clinical services to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. Perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition. Administer medications accurately and maintain proper documentation. Collaborate with CNAs and other team members to support resident well-being. Offer clinical leadership and guidance to direct care staff. Promote a safe, positive, and resident-focused environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Wellness Director.

Qualifications

Current

Illinois RN or LPN license

in good standing. Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in medication administration and care documentation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED. Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program. Active status on the

IDPH Health Care Worker Registry.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist residents as needed. Valid

CPR certification

(recently expired certifications accepted; recertification available).
