FULL TIME

Qualifications for RN:

Current unencumbered State of Massachusetts RN license Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families and Staff Critical thinking skills The ability to handle different situations with tact

Responsibilities for RN:

Supervision of CNA staff on assigned unit The delivery of care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
