Full-time RN opportunities at Brookdale Westlake Village SNF Community in Westlake, OH for our Overnight Shift! NEW RN GRADs are welcome to apply!

Shift differentials available - $1/hour for days, $3/hour for weekends $5/hour for evenings and $4/hour for nights.

Brookdale Westlake Village is a continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, which means we have independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing all on one campus. We are situated on 23 acres of sprawling beautiful property with a standalone memory care surrounded by water.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and resource health care personnel.
• Registered Nurses will direct resident care to include making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care as well as documenting all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents\xe2\x80\x99 overall condition and behavior.
• RN\xe2\x80\x99s utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) in ensuring overall resident care.
• RN License is required
