Key Responsibilities:

Partner with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Provide strong clinical and professional guidance to nursing staff, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous growth. Manage staffing levels effectively to maintain exceptional care while minimizing overtime. Lead with integrity by setting the standard for quality, compassionate care and supporting staff through coaching and mentorship. Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives to enhance resident outcomes. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top nursing talent.

Qualifications:

Active

Registered Nurse (RN)

license in the State of New York. Minimum

2 years of leadership experience

in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
