Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Telemetry to join our healthcare team. This role involves monitoring patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms, providing critical care, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for delivering compassionate care to patients with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously, interpreting data to identify any changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to established protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management. Assist in emergency situations by performing basic life support and airway management as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

Must have atleast 1+ years of experience Must have BLS and ACLS Certification Must have RI or Compact state RN License Must be fully vaccinated Must have Flu Shot
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $71.00 - $78.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
