Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry to deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic acute care setting. You will be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, assessing patient conditions, and providing high-quality nursing interventions throughout the night shift.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and follow treatment protocols
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions
Qualifications:
Active California RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work efficiently during night shifts
