Gig Harbor, WA
. If you've got a calm head, a caring heart, and at least 2 years of experience, this is your moment. You'll be the lifeline for patients under cardiac and telemetry monitoring, ensuring they receive top-quality care through your critical skills and compassionate presence--especially during those peaceful night shifts!
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes promptly.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
Provide patient and family education related to cardiac and telemetry care.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license
in Washington (or compact state license).
Minimum 2 years of Telemetry or related acute care experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
from an accredited institution.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation.
Proficiency with EMR systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and situational awareness.
Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
