We are currently recruiting for an experienced RN to join our team as an RN Supervisor. The ideal candidate must have experience in nursing care functions, charting, documentation and care plan administration, as it applies to the Long-Term Care environment. As part of a dynamic nursing team, you will assist with providing high-quality, direct patient care which enhances the quality of life to our residents. You must be compassionate, energetic, and interested in providing the highest level of quality care to our residents.

Sign-on bonus up to $10,000

Status:

Part Time: Shift Supervisor every other weekend, evening/night shift (4:00 pm - 8:30 am)

Qualifications:

A Valid RN license for the State of Maryland Possess strong clinical judgment Demonstrate clinical leadership, including regulatory requirements for LTC Possess good communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills
