Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of patient care standards and regulations. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other healthcare professionals. Demonstrated capability in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
