What You'll Do:

As an RN Manager, you'll be at the forefront of resident care, leading your team to success and ensuring the highest standards are met. Key responsibilities include:


Acting as a liaison between families and the care team, addressing concerns and building trust. Developing, implementing, and updating personalized care plans for residents. Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to uphold exceptional care standards. Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies. Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Physicians to plan and optimize resident care. Performing detailed admission and discharge assessments. Reviewing and auditing care plan modifications for accuracy and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure

in PA. At least 1 years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting. Strong knowledge of skilled nursing standards of care and best practices. Excellent critical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities.
