Meriden Healthcare & Rehab is seeking an experienced and motivatedRN Supervisor
to oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. The RN Supervisor provides leadership to LPNs and CNAs, coordinates clinical care, and promotes a safe, supportive, and resident-centered environment.Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality, compliance, and teamwork. Monitor residents' conditions and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Administer medications, treatments, and assessments per facility policy. Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance. Lead response during medical or emergency situations.
Qualifications:
Current
CT RN license
(in good standing).2+ years
nursing experience in long-term or skilled care; supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills. CurrentCPR/BLS certification
PCC experience
