Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is home to Independent residents as well as seniors needing short term or long-term nursing care. The leader of the team has been with the community over 11 years. As an RN Administrator, she brings her skill and passion to be an advocate for both residents and her staff to ensure a caring and rewarding environment. Duties Include:
Directing and developing nursing staff Promote and restores the patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area Ensuring nursing operational standards are met Conduct resident assessments and evaluations, coordinate resident care management, and perform necessary RN duties Collaborating with the Physician and the interdisciplinary team
