RN Supervisor - Night Shift | Broadmead

Sign on bonus $7500 (total after 2 yrs)

M-F Night Shift 11pm-7:30am

About the Role:

As an

RN Supervisor

, you'll guide a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You'll oversee clinical and clerical activities on your unit, ensuring quality, safety, and harmony during the night shift.

What You Bring:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school Valid Maryland RN license 2+ years of experience with similar resident populations Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
