RN Supervisor

Shift: 3p-11p

We are seeking a

highly skilled and dedicated RN Supervisor

to join our team of passionate healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily nursing activities to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

What You'll Do as an RN Supervisor:

Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality patient care. Review and update care plans as needed based on resident assessments. Conduct rounds to evaluate resident conditions and address concerns proactively. Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their conditions change. Provide or assist with direct patient care, including ADLs, meal assistance, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities when needed.

What You Bring:

Active RN License

Minimum 5+ years of nursing experience

in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. CPR/BLS certification. Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and regulatory guidelines relevant to nursing care centers. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
