NOW HIRING: RN Supervisor (3 PM - 11 PM Shift)
Are you a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience? We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee evening shift operations and ensure quality care for our residents.
What You'll Do:
Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership during the 3-11 PM shift. Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with care plans. Oversee admissions, discharges, and resident assessments. Support and guide nursing staff, addressing any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
What We're Looking For:
Active RN license in New Jersey.
Prior supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A passion for senior care and a dedication to maintaining a positive work environment.
