We're seeking an experienced RN - Stepdown to join our partner facility in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will care for patients transitioning from critical care to lower-acuity settings. You'll monitor patient stability, administer medications, and provide high-quality nursing care while ensuring a smooth recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in a fast-paced stepdown environment Monitor vital signs and respond to clinical changes Administer medications and assist with procedures Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Maintain clear and accurate documentation Provide patient and family education with compassion

Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum 2 years of Stepdown or related acute care experience Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to work night shifts consistently Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
