Responsibilities Include:

Supervise all nursing care in the facility Assess residents as needed Document in residents medical record as needed Admit/readmit residents Ensure that a safe environment is maintained Assist unit nurses as needed Interact with facility physicians as needed Any other tasks as assigned by the DNS

Qualifications/Requirements:

Current NYS RN (Registered Nurse) license. Experience preferred. Working knowledge of EMR and proficient in documentation. Current CPR certification. Must be a compassionate and reliable team player.

Salary Range:

$48 - 55

Based on Experience

$5,000 Sign on Bonus

Shift Needs:

All Positions, including RN (Registered Nurse) Unit Manager, shift/house supervisor.
