Duties:

- Oversee and coordinate patient care activities

- Conduct assessments

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
- Proficiency in patient management
- Familiarity with dementia care practices and behavioral health interventions
- Knowledge of anatomy and its application in healthcare settings
- Understanding of infection control measures and their implementation
