Duties

Provide strategic leadership and supervision for nursing staff across multiple units, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. Oversee daily clinical operations, including patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, medical documentation, and coordination of care plans. Manage staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate ongoing staff education to promote professional development. Work closely with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care and participate in IDT meetings Coordinate care delivery among nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems Lead quality assurance initiatives by analyzing clinical data, managing incident reports, and implementing process improvements aligned with best practices in nursing management. Promote a culture of teamwork by supervising nurse managers and supporting staff development programs that enhance clinical skills across all levels of care.

Requirements

Valid RN license with current state registration; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred Hospice and Palliative care experienced required Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or case management strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $35.00 - $52.50 per hour
