About the Role
The Regional Clinician will work

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site clinical support, oversight, and coaching to facility nursing leadership teams
Assist with clinical audits, QAPI initiatives, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
Evaluate and strengthen clinical processes, documentation, and care delivery systems
Support new DON/ADON onboarding and ongoing nurse leadership development
Work closely with the VP of Clinical Services to implement company-wide clinical initiatives
Travel regularly to assigned facilities (up to several locations per week)
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Strong understanding of CMS regulations, quality measures, and survey processes
