Schedule:

This is a part-time PRN position, AM and overnight

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality care to residents Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning Implement and evaluate care interventions Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans

What You'll Need:

Active CO RN or LPN license Must have at least 1 year of experience Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program Long-term care experience preferred Strong critical thinking, time management, and multitasking skills Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
