Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled

Registered Nurse (RN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

for various shifts at a nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in nursing facility settings and be prepared to deliver high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols and professional nursing standards. Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses. Document care activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Credentials:

Active RN or LPN license (Online License Verification required) BLS Certification CEU Dementia Training Annual Mandatory Training Attestation Form Hepatitis B - Series, Titer, or Declination Influenza Vaccination MMR - Titers or Immunizations Varicella - Titer or Immunizations 2-Step PPD or QuantiFERON Criminal Background Check National & State Sex Offender Searches * EPLS/GSA and OIG Searches
