Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
$4.00 for Shift Differential
Located in Seymour, WI 15-20 minutes from Green Bay or Appleton

Purpose of Job Position: Plans, coordinates, supervises and implements nursing services for assigned residents as part of the gerontological interdisciplinary team. Supervises and implements care for assigned residents.

Current Openings:
48 hours per 2 week pay period 10pm-6am includes every other weekend and holiday
