Position Highlights
Operating room, or OR: This 30-room site provides care for 60 to 80 cases per day. Nebraska Medicine is an American College of Surgeons Level One trauma center, so patient acuity is high. Teams perform heart, lung, liver, kidney, small bowel and pancreas transplants and other groundbreaking procedures. Orientation is six to nine months long, and nurses scrub and circulate on all service lines.
Shift: 4 - 10 hours shift 7a-1730 with rotating to nights or weekends
