Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg, Stroke, and Stepdown experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Requirements:
At least two years of current Med/Surg experience
Mandatory Stroke and Stepdown experience
Prior travel RN background is required
EPIC experience necessary
Valid RN license in applicable state
BLS required (ACLS a plus)
Solid clinical judgment and strong patient-care capabilities
Responsibilities:
Care for patients on Med/Surg and Stroke Stepdown floors
Monitor vitals, neuro status, and acute changes
Administer medications and execute nursing interventions
Work closely with physicians and allied health professionals
Assist in urgent stroke care and rapid assessments
Maintain clear documentation in EPIC EMR
