Registered Nurse (RN) Manager

who wants to be part of creating something meaningful and lasting.

The

RN Manager

will help lay the foundation for high-quality, client-centered care in our growing agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, creativity, leadership--and is excited about building processes, shaping culture, and directly influencing the growth of a startup home care organization.

Duties

Complete initial and ongoing client assessments and care plans Oversee caregiver performance and provide clinical supervision Conduct home visits as required by Minnesota regulations Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, HIPAA, and agency policies Respond to client needs, concerns, and changes in condition Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations Collaborate with leadership to develop new policies, workflows, and quality systems Support on-call needs during scheduled hours Serve as a core contributor in building the agency from the ground up

Qualifications

Valid RN license with current state registration; BSN preferred. Active

RN license in Minnesota

Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills Interest in leadership, innovation, and building systems Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Compassionate and committed to excellent client care Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay:

$38-$55 per hour
