Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to established standards of care. Manage patient care activities, including utilization management and the administration of DME (Durable Medical Equipment). Monitor vital signs and perform assessments to evaluate patient conditions. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional development and teamwork. Administer injections and perform catheterization as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Proven experience in Geriatric setting Strong knowledge of utilization management principles. Ability to lift patients and equipment safely as required by the role. Proficiency in basic life support techniques and emergency response procedures. Experience administering injections and performing catheterization procedures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
